The building is very attractive and the rooms are a nice size and spotless with pull out couch and shower cubicle. In addition to generous breakfast, the excellent service is offered.

Reasonably large and huge unit with pull out couch, a terrace and walk in closet. Exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge.

It is a well-maintained and beautifuly designed property located in Costa Meloneras district just off the bars/restaurants down the road, and Also close to a supermarket. Staff is efficient and you can park your car on-site. They serve fantastic food, have a lot of options to choose from. All in all they offer good service. I will choose the place for future trips and recommend to family and friends.

The location was comfortable for us - in front of restaurants and bars. The restaurant here was fantastic for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The rooms we had were reasonably large and huge and with WiFi, bottled water plus a large walk in wardrobe. The location was marvellous and the free parking was on-site.

The staff are welcoming, the rooms are spotless and modern. The location of the venue is great and perfect, near to the bars/restaurants down the road, the promenade between Maspalomas and Meloneras, and interesting boutiques.

The staff was attentive and friendly, providing personalized service from check-in to check-out. The grounds were large and well-kept, perfect for walks and playtime. The rooms were spacious with balconies and direct access to the pool. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in its superb cleaning and good variety of food. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends with children.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and I received a bottle of champagne in the room which was a nice surprise.

We were disappointed about the balcony/terrace as it was quite small ,enclosed and there was no real view just the back of other buildings. It wasn't a major issue but we had assumed that this would be better. .
